Top-tier New York office seeks an associate to join a busy labor & employment team. The role focuses on employer-side litigation with complementary advisory and workplace-investigation work.

Litigation work is primarily class and representative actions, including wage-and-hour and discrimination matters. The team handles high-volume contested litigation for employer clients and provides counseling on employment issues.

The firm is looking for a litigation-focused employment lawyer with experience on class actions and wage-and-hour matters who can manage complex cases and work collaboratively with senior lawyers.

3+ years' post-qualification experience in employment/labor litigation (or equivalent experience).
Demonstrable experience with class/representative actions, including wage & hour and discrimination matters.
Strong litigation skills: drafting, discovery management, motion practice and client-facing experience.
Admission to the New York bar (or willingness/ability to become admitted).
