Apply in confidence →Top-tier international firm seeks a 2-4 year attorney to join its Global Employment, Immigration and Equity Compensation team. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices with a preference for candidates who can be based in New York or California.
The successful candidate will advise tech companies and multinational employers on U.S. and cross-border employment and immigration matters, handle a high volume of nonimmigrant and employment-based immigration filings, support green card matters, and provide comparative international employment guidance and equity compensation overviews. The position involves close collaboration with corporate teams and high‑caliber clients across industries.
- J.D. and 2-4 years PQE in employment/immigration law
- Admission to the New York or California bar (depending on office)
- Hands-on experience preparing and filing a range of employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM) and responding to RFEs with minimal supervision
- Experience advising multinational employers on global employment issues; equity compensation counseling or demonstrable willingness to develop this expertise
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
