Associate — Labor & Employment, Orange County

National labor & employment litigation team is seeking an associate to join its Orange County office. The role focuses on employer-side litigation with a mix of class and representative actions, alongside advisory and investigation work.

Litigation matters include wage & hour and discrimination class actions; candidates with prior experience in class action litigation on behalf of employers will be well suited. This is an opportunity to work on high‑stakes employment disputes within a large, cross‑office practice.

• Law school class years 2017–2021 (per opening).
• 3+ years' post‑qualification experience in employment litigation at a law firm.
• Experience with class/collective actions (wage & hour and discrimination matters preferred).
• Comfort handling investigations and employer‑side advisory work.
