Seeking a litigation-focused Labor & Employment associate to join a national practice group. The role is open to candidates for the Los Angeles or Orange County offices and offers regular engagement on employer-side counseling and litigation matters across a variety of industries.

Work will include defense and counseling on wage & hour matters, class and representative actions, and broader employment issues such as discrimination, harassment, leaves of absence, accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements. The team handles both counseling and courtroom/administrative litigation.

2–6 years' post-qualification experience in labor & employment law.
Demonstrated wage & hour class action and PAGA experience required.
Experience defending employers in employment litigation and advising on workplace policies and agreements.
Strong written and oral advocacy, research, and analytical skills; attention to detail and ability to manage matters independently.
J.D. and active admission or eligibility for admission to practice in the relevant state.
