Associate — Labor & Employment, San Francisco

Seeking an associate to join a busy employer-side labor & employment team in San Francisco. The role focuses on litigation (including class and representative actions) and includes some advice and internal investigations work.

Matters commonly involve wage & hour and discrimination disputes; experience in class actions is valuable. The team is litigation-focused and handles high-volume employer defense matters.

• Graduating law school class years 2019–2023 (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years' post-qualification experience at a peer law firm in employment/labor litigation
• Experience with employer-side litigation, including class/representative actions, wage & hour and discrimination matters
• Strong litigation, research and writing skills
