Associate, Labor & Employment — Washington, DC

Top-tier law firm seeking an associate to join its Washington, D.C. labor & employment team. The role focuses on employer-side litigation with a mix of counseling and internal investigations.

Litigation work is primarily class and representative actions, including wage-and-hour and discrimination matters. The team is looking for candidates with substantive experience in class actions and employee-litigation defense.

• 3+ years' post-qualification experience in employment litigation (peer law firm experience preferred)
• Experience defending employer-side class and representative actions, including wage & hour and discrimination matters
• Strong research, drafting and courtroom/briefing experience
• JD from an accredited law school; candidates from the 2017–2021 graduating classes encouraged to apply
