Associate (Liability) — Sydney

Experienced insurance litigation associate opportunity within a market-facing liability team based in Sydney. The role offers exposure to a broad caseload of casualty, property and transport liability matters, including complex and large-loss files.

You will work in a collaborative team alongside senior litigators and specialist support staff, with opportunities for professional development, secondments and increasing client responsibility. The position is full-time with a hybrid working pattern.

• Minimum 2 years' PQE in liability or general insurance litigation
• Proven litigation experience managing complex files (personal injury, casualty, transport, or property claims)
• Strong written and oral advocacy and drafting skills
• Organised, able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• High professional standards, integrity and client-focused commercial awareness
• Collaborative team player with initiative and a desire to progress within an international practice
