Top-tier corporate practice is seeking a mid-to-senior associate to join its Life Sciences transactions team in San Francisco. The group represents public and private life sciences companies and dedicated healthcare investment funds on a wide range of corporate matters.

Work will focus on public capital markets and private financings, ongoing reporting under the Exchange Act, and public and private M&A, including structured transactions such as earnouts, product acquisitions and spin-outs. The team is collaborative and offers strong opportunities for transactional experience and professional growth.

California bar admission, or the ability to obtain admission promptly, is required.

Mid-to-senior associate (typical class years 2018–2022) with substantive life sciences transactional experience
Experience with public capital markets transactions (IPOs, follow-on offerings, ATM facilities) and private financings (PIPEs, venture financings)
Familiarity with Exchange Act reporting (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and public company compliance
Experience in public and private M&A, including structured deals (earnouts, product acquisitions, spin-outs)
California bar admission or eligibility to obtain promptly
