Full-time associate role in a litigation group based in Bridgehampton, NY, supporting a broad commercial and real estate litigation docket. The position offers exposure to clients across industries and a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates will handle substantive motion practice, discovery, and client-facing work. The office seeks individuals who live on the East End of Long Island and who can balance independent responsibility with responsive teamwork.

• 3–10 years of commercial and/or real estate litigation experience
• Admission to and good standing with the New York Bar
• Excellent legal research and writing skills; strong attention to detail
• Effective communication and judgment; top-tier firm experience preferred
• Residency on the East End of Long Island (local candidates preferred)
