Associate, Litigation & Dispute Resolution — Calgary

We are seeking an associate with 2–5 years of direct litigation and arbitration experience to join a leading disputes team in Calgary. The group handles commercial litigation, arbitration, class actions and a broad range of business-related disputes at trial, appellate and tribunal levels.

The role offers hands-on experience: attending hearings, preparing witnesses, drafting pleadings and briefs, conducting document review and examinations, and contributing to strategy on larger matters. The team operates collaboratively across offices and prioritizes mentorship, professional development and a supportive, inclusive culture.

• 2–5 years of litigation and arbitration experience
• Experience in commercial litigation; exposure to arbitration and class actions an asset
• Strong advocacy, drafting and legal research skills
• Comfort attending hearings and managing file responsibilities with growing autonomy
