Senior associate role on a nationally recognised litigation team based in Miami. You will join the Business & Commercial litigation subgroup and work on a range of commercial disputes from case intake through resolution.

Typical responsibilities include legal research and drafting, managing case workflow, preparing pleadings and motions, supporting trial and settlement preparation, and maintaining responsive client communication. The role involves close collaboration with partners, associates, paralegals and support staff.

This is a hybrid role with a regular in-office presence and some remote flexibility. The team supports continued professional development and pro bono engagement.

Juris Doctor (JD) required and active bar admission
Minimum ~4 years of litigation experience at a law firm (commercial litigation experience preferred)
Strong legal research, writing and advocacy skills; federal clerkship a plus
Excellent oral and written communication, organization, and case-management abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in teams and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
