Seeking a litigation associate to join a global privacy & cyber team. The group handles high‑profile regulatory, enforcement, incident response, and data‑driven transactional matters for clients across industries.

The role involves defending and counseling clients on US, EU and other international privacy regimes, responding to cyber incidents, and supporting cross‑border litigation and regulatory engagements. Work is collaborative across practices and includes exposure to corporate, regulatory, and cybersecurity issues.

Minimum of 3 years' litigation or regulatory experience handling privacy, data security, or cybersecurity matters.
Experience with US and international privacy regimes and cross‑border enforcement or litigation (EU, APEC or similar).
Strong research, drafting, and oral advocacy skills; ability to manage client communications in high‑pressure situations.
Technical aptitude or demonstrable familiarity with data/technology issues; CIPP or similar certification a plus.
