Associate, M&A (Corporate)

An international corporate M&A team is expanding its US footprint and is seeking mid–senior level associates to support complex cross-border and domestic transactions. The practice advises on a broad range of deals including public company work, private acquisitions and joint ventures, with frequent client-facing responsibility.

The role requires a self-starter who can run deal aspects, draft and negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence and closing logistics, and communicate confidently with opposing counsel and clients. The team offers structured training, collaborative deal teams and opportunities to work on high‑profile transactions across jurisdictions.

• Juris Doctor (JD) or foreign equivalent (classes 2017–2021 preferred)
• Admission and good standing with the Texas bar
• Prior corporate M&A experience at a law firm or in‑house, with experience drafting and negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary documents
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and organisational skills; able to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines
