Associate, M&A (Corporate) - US (multi-office)

Top-tier international firm is seeking mid-to-senior level associates for its US M&A practice. The role involves significant hands-on deal work across mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions.

Successful candidates will run or materially contribute to complex transactions, draft and negotiate primary and ancillary documents, manage due diligence and closing logistics, and act in a client-facing capacity.

• Juris Doctor (JD) — class years 2017–2021
• Admitted and in good standing to the California bar
• Prior corporate M&A experience at a law firm or in-house; experience running deals or acting as a lead contributor
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and organisational skills; comfort managing multiple matters under tight deadlines
