Top-tier global firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level M&A associate to join its New York corporate group. The role involves leading and supporting complex corporate transactions, including public and private acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and strategic combinations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and negotiating transaction documents, managing due diligence and closing logistics, and communicating with opposing counsel and clients. The team handles sophisticated, high-profile matters and offers broad exposure to cross-border work.

Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent degree
Admitted to and in good standing with the New York bar
Prior corporate M&A experience at a law firm or in-house (mid to senior associate level)
Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical and organisational skills; comfortable leading deals or serving as a key deal-runner
Client-facing experience and ability to manage multiple matters under tight deadlines
JD graduation years: 2017–2021 (typical hire range)
