Associate, M&A / Private Equity – Dallas

A Dallas-based corporate team is seeking associates to join its M&A and private equity practice. Associates will advise corporate clients and private equity sponsors on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related corporate matters.

The role requires substantive transaction experience, responsibility for drafting deal documents, and active participation in deal management and client-facing work. The position is well suited to entrepreneurial associates who want significant autonomy and the opportunity to develop client relationships.

• J.D.; law school class years 2020–2024
• Substantial experience on M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong drafting skills for transaction documents and effective deal management
• Comfortable with direct client contact and working with high autonomy
• Business-development orientation and a driven, entrepreneurial approach
