Associate — M&A & Private Equity, Los Angeles

Top-tier corporate team is seeking associates (law school class years 2021+) to join its M&A and private equity practice in Los Angeles. Associates will advise corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments and related transactional matters.

The role requires substantial responsibility on deals, frequent direct client contact, and opportunities to manage matters with autonomy. The team is looking for entrepreneurial candidates with a business-development mindset who can draft transaction documents, manage deal execution, and build client relationships.

• Law school class year 2021 or later
• Significant experience on M&A and private equity transactions
• Strong drafting skills for transaction documents and proven deal management experience
• Comfort with direct client contact, independent matter management, and a business-development orientation
