Mid-level transactional associate role on a national energy team, focused on power and renewable energy transactions. The position will support M&A, joint ventures, development agreements and related transactional documents, and will manage diligence and closing processes.

Team-oriented role that requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across offices and regular engagement with senior lawyers and clients. Strong drafting, organization and project management skills are essential.

J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and admission in good standing to the Texas Bar (timely admission to Texas will be required if not already admitted).
Approximately 4–6 years of relevant transactional experience in power and renewable energy (including M&A, joint ventures, development transactions).
Proven drafting and negotiation skills on purchase and sale agreements, joint venture/development agreements, and related transaction documents.
Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to work on complex, multidisciplinary matters.
