- J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school and admission in good standing to the Texas Bar (timely admission to Texas will be required if not already admitted).
- Approximately 4–6 years of relevant transactional experience in power and renewable energy (including M&A, joint ventures, development transactions).
- Proven drafting and negotiation skills on purchase and sale agreements, joint venture/development agreements, and related transaction documents.
- Strong project management, organizational skills, and ability to work on complex, multidisciplinary matters.
