Associate — Private Companies (Emerging Growth & Startups)

National private companies team is seeking a 3rd–6th year associate with experience advising venture-backed and high-growth companies. The role focuses on counseling early-stage and growth-stage companies through venture financings, corporate governance, and liquidity events.

You'll join a growing national practice serving startups and their investors, with opportunities to advance a transactional practice, participate in client-facing presentations and panels, and contribute to the development of the private companies platform.

• 3–6 years' PQE with substantial experience representing early-stage and growth-stage companies
• Demonstrated experience on venture capital financings, corporate governance, and liquidity transactions
• Background in the corporate department of a national or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials and excellent drafting and client-facing skills
