Top-tier US private equity team seeks a mid-level corporate associate to join its transactional group. The practice advises leading private equity sponsors and portfolio companies across the full deal lifecycle, including buyouts, carve-outs, and exits.

The role offers exposure to complex cross-border M&A, fund-related work and private equity financings on a high-volume, sophisticated platform. Associates will work on deal execution, drafting transaction documents and coordinating with internal and external teams.

Hiring across multiple U.S. offices; candidates should be comfortable on high-value, fast-moving matters and able to manage client-facing responsibilities as experience grows.

3–6 years of transactional private equity / M&A experience at a major law firm or equivalent.
Strong drafting and deal execution skills (purchase agreements, equity documents, financing documents, ancillary transaction papers).
Experience with fund-related matters and cross-border transactions preferred.
Excellent academic credentials, commercial judgment and ability to work collaboratively in large deal teams.
