Associate — Professional Services Group, London

Join a market-leading Professional Services Group in central London advising on a broad mix of transactional and advisory matters for professional firms, accountancy practices, insurers, and other service businesses. The team acts on M&A, profit-sharing and governance arrangements, regulatory and disciplinary matters, partnership and LLP constitutional work, and complex international structuring.

You will work day-to-day with senior lawyers on high-quality, often sensitive matters, gaining early client responsibility and exposure to board-level management and finance officers. The role offers structured training, close team support and clear progression within a busy, specialist practice based in the City.

• Qualified solicitor with c.2+ years' PQE in corporate/M&A or private equity transactional work.
• Strong drafting skills (agreements, governance documents) and commercial judgement.
• Interest in professional services sector issues, regulatory regimes and partnership structures.
• Excellent client-facing skills, discretion, and the ability to work on confidential, high-profile mandates.
