Leading international corporate practice seeks an experienced associate to join its Project Development & Finance group in New York. The team advises on development and financing of natural resources, energy (including renewables and sustainable projects), and large infrastructure matters.

This role involves drafting and negotiating financing and project documentation, supporting closings on complex cross‑border projects, and working closely with multidisciplinary teams across jurisdictions. The group focuses on a relatively small number of large, high‑profile transactions rather than high volumes of routine work.

Minimum 3 years' law firm experience in corporate/project finance or related transactional work
Experience on project development, project financing, or energy/infrastructure transactions
Strong drafting, negotiation and transactional skills; ability to manage deal workstreams
Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to be admitted
