Join a leading international law firm’s Athens team as an Associate in Asset/Project Finance. The practice advises on large-scale project, asset and infrastructure financings across energy, transport, real estate and hospitality, acting for sponsors, lenders and other market participants on multi‑jurisdictional transactions.

The role involves hands‑on participation in complex financing deals, Greek‑law drafting and negotiation (in English and Greek), coordination with clients, lenders, foreign counsel and technical advisers, and legal research and client responses on transaction matters.

3–5 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE) in financing or project finance transactions
Proven experience drafting and negotiating finance documentation under Greek law
Law degree from a Greek university
Excellent command of English; strong client‑facing and communication skills
