Senior Associate, Corporate — Athens

Senior Associate role in the corporate/M&A team of a leading global law firm’s Athens office. The team works on national and cross-border corporate transactions, with an emphasis on real estate and hospitality matters.

The role involves leading and managing complex M&A and corporate transactions, overseeing due diligence and document negotiation, collaborating with international colleagues, and supervising junior lawyers. This is a hands‑on position for an experienced corporate lawyer who can drive deal execution and support client work in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

• Qualified in Greek law (qualification in England & Wales an asset).
• Minimum 8 years post‑qualification experience in corporate/M&A.
• Demonstrable experience on real estate and hospitality transactions.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and commercial skills; experience managing cross‑border matters.
• Fluent in Greek and English; proven ability to mentor junior lawyers.
