Apply in confidence →Join a well‑regarded projects & infrastructure team to advise on UK energy, infrastructure and government projects. The role sits across multiple UK offices and supports a mix of government procurement work and developer/sponsor-side project development, including energy, defence and nuclear-related mandates.
You will work on procurement, project contracts and construction/operation arrangements and draw on specialist teams across the firm for finance, construction and sector-specific issues. The team also handles international project work in regions including Africa, Central Europe and the Middle East.
- Qualified Solicitor with approximately 2 years' PQE
- Experience advising on project agreements (e.g. PPP/PFI, PPA, EPC, O&M)
- Familiarity with UK public procurement processes desirable; experience of single‑source contracting desirable
- Relevant sector experience (government, defence or nuclear) and strong project management skills
- Commercial awareness and willingness to support business development activities
