Apply in confidence →Join a busy specialist property litigation team supporting a broad real estate client base on contentious matters. The role is open across multiple South West offices and involves handling disputed landlord and tenant matters, lease renewals and opposition, enfranchisement and long lease issues, possession and forfeiture, service charge and rent recovery, dilapidations, easements and restrictive covenants, land registration issues, and related tribunal and court work.
The team works cross-office with transactional real estate colleagues and advises a mix of developers, investors, public bodies and private clients. You will receive structured supervision, regular training and exposure to contested hearings, mediations and other dispute-resolution forums.

- Qualified solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in contentious property or commercial real estate litigation.
- Experience of landlord & tenant disputes, property tribunal/court advocacy and related contentious real estate matters.
- Strong academic and technical legal skills, with commercial awareness and the ability to handle contested matters from advice through to hearing.
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, comfortable managing competing priorities and mentoring junior fee-earners; interest in business development.
