Experienced real estate associate opportunity in a major Boston office focused on investments and transactional work. The role sits in a team that represents institutional investors, private equity funds, asset managers, REITs and other capital providers across commercial real estate matters.

Day-to-day work includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating joint venture agreements, purchase and sale agreements, loan and other financing documents, and ancillary contracts; coordinating real estate due diligence (title, survey, zoning, leasing, financing); and maintaining client contact while monitoring market trends.

3–5 years' post-qualification experience at a large law firm in commercial real estate transactions
Transactional experience with joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate debt and equity/finance
Proven drafting and negotiation skills; experience coordinating title, survey, zoning, leasing and financing diligence
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
Excellent writing, time-management skills; candidates with demonstrated, responsible use of AI tools in legal practice preferred
