Mid-Level Associate, Real Estate Transactions — Boston

Seeking a mid-level real estate transactions associate to join a national firm’s Boston office. The role is targeted to candidates from the JD Classes of 2022–2023 with substantial transactional experience across complex real estate financings, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions.

Work will cover multiple asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, hospitality) and may include lender- and borrower-side financings. The team emphasizes collaborative, cross-practice work and strong client-facing skills.

• JD (Class of 2022–2023) with outstanding academic credentials
• Substantial transactional experience with real estate financings, joint ventures, and acquisitions/dispositions across core asset classes
• Experience representing lenders and/or borrowers on complex financings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong commercial judgment
• Relevant bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly
