Top-tier U.S. real estate team is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to work on a broad range of commercial real estate matters. The role is open to candidates in the United States, with particular hiring needs in Boston and New York.

The associate will handle acquisitions and dispositions, construction and permanent financings, joint ventures and equity investments, and portfolio and REIT-related transactions across asset types (residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality and land). The position offers regular client-facing work, complex transactional drafting, and opportunities to take on increased responsibility.

4–6 years of law firm real estate experience
Experience with acquisitions/dispositions, construction and permanent financings (lender and borrower sides)
Background in joint ventures, equity investments, entity structuring, portfolio transactions, and REITs
Familiarity with major commercial asset types (residential, industrial, office, retail, hospitality, land)
Strong written and oral communication skills, teamwork, and client-management ability
Strong academic record
Admission to the New York bar or eligibility to waive in
