A premier law firm with a nationally recognized Real Estate practice is seeking a talented, full-time associate to join its New York office. This is a partnership-track opportunity within a dynamic, growing department at a firm whose real estate platform spans more than 80 attorneys across eight offices.

The role offers the chance to work on some of the most significant, sophisticated, and innovative real estate transactions in the country, collaborating across offices on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, leasing, and joint ventures.

The practice is a core focus area for the firm and part of one of its five key industry sectors, with national rankings from leading legal directories.

3 to 7 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience
Meaningful experience representing lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions
Experience negotiating, documenting, and closing mortgage, mezzanine, and other secured lending transactions
Strong academic record and excellent writing and organizational skills
Team-oriented mindset
New York Bar membership required
