Real Estate Associate — New York

Mid-level associate role within a nationally recognized real estate practice based in the New York office. The position is partnership-track and offers sustained exposure to sophisticated commercial real estate matters across a broad national platform.

Work will focus on commercial real estate financings and related transactions, collaborating with a large, cross-office team on acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, joint ventures, and secured lending matters.

• 3–7 years of commercial real estate experience, with meaningful experience representing lenders in financing transactions
• Experience negotiating, documenting, and closing mortgage, mezzanine, and other secured lending transactions
• Strong academic record, excellent writing and organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• Membership in the New York Bar
