Top-tier New York office seeks a senior-level real estate associate to join a busy real estate practice. The role involves significant work on real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures for institutional borrowers and lenders.

Ideal candidates will have strong academic credentials, experience at a peer firm, and a focus on either debt or equity transactions. The team offers exposure to complex financing and joint-venture matters across the commercial real estate sector.

• Class of 2018 or equivalent senior-level experience in real estate practice
• Substantive experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures
• Experience representing borrowers and/or lenders; debt or equity focus a plus
• Strong academic record and prior experience at a comparable law firm preferred
