The role involves advising fund sponsors and investors, drafting and negotiating offering documents, partnership agreements and side letters, coordinating closings with service providers, and supervising junior team members while supporting client relationships.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to practice in New York.
Minimum 6 years' PQE at a global law firm with substantive experience in real estate funds, including open‑end and closed‑end structures and co‑investment vehicles.
Proven experience representing fund sponsors and investors; strong drafting and negotiation skills for complex fund documents.
Knowledge of securities and regulatory frameworks applicable to real estate funds; ability to supervise junior lawyers and support partner client relationships.
