Senior associate-level role in a large, market-leading real estate practice based in Melbourne. The team handles the full spectrum of real estate transactions, including capital deals, complex developments (mixed‑use, renewables, build‑to‑rent), real estate joint ventures and leasing.

Up to 8 years PQE in real estate law (mid‑tier or top‑tier experience preferred).
Experience across property transactions, developments or leasing; corporate candidates with relevant real estate transaction experience may be considered.
Commercial mindset, strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative team and strong verbal/written communication skills.
