Senior litigation-focused restructuring team seeks a 2–4 PQE associate to work on complex financial restructuring and insolvency matters. You will join a collaborative, high‑profile practice handling Chapter 11 proceedings, out‑of‑court restructurings and cross‑border insolvency work.

Typical work includes drafting pleadings and disclosure statements, legal research and strategic analysis under the US Bankruptcy Code, negotiating DIP financings and forbearance/restructuring agreements, managing claims processes, and coordinating Chapter 15 and cross‑border streams with foreign counsel. The role offers substantial client contact and opportunities to work with financial advisors and experts.

2–4 years' transactional or bankruptcy experience (PQE)
Strong academic record and JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
Experience with Chapter 11, DIP financing, claims processes, and cross‑border insolvency preferred
Excellent drafting, research, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple workstreams
