Associate — Securities Regulation & Corporate Governance, New York

Seeking a junior corporate governance lawyer to join a New York securities team. The role focuses on advising public companies on governance matters, governance standards in IPO processes, and securities regulation topics.

Candidates will work on Exchange Act disclosure and related regulatory issues, drafting and counseling on governance policies, and supporting transactional and disclosure workstreams. The team values strong academic credentials and excellent writing and research skills.

• Law school graduation in the class years 2020–2024
• Experience advising public companies on corporate governance and IPO-related governance matters
• Familiarity with securities regulation, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements
• Demonstrable strong writing, research skills and academic record
