Associate, Securitization (Finance) — New York

Top-tier global finance team is seeking an associate with solid securitization and structured finance experience to join its New York office. The role focuses on advising on public and private asset‑backed securities and related structured finance transactions across a range of asset types.

Day-to-day work includes drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documents for sponsors, issuers, underwriters, investors and lenders. The team handles complex ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLO and other asset classes in both domestic and cross-border matters.

• Minimum 2 years' transactional experience in asset‑backed securitizations/structured finance
• Experience drafting and negotiating offering and transaction documentation for public and private ABS and structured finance deals
• Familiarity with ABF, CMBS, RMBS, CLOs and other consumer, commercial or specialty asset classes
• Admitted to, or eligible for admission to, the New York bar
