Join a national Banking & Finance team in Brisbane advising on a broad mix of financing matters including project finance, acquisition and leveraged financings, property-related lending and general corporate financings. You will work across offices with partners and senior lawyers on complex, market-leading transactions spanning public and private sector clients.

Several years' experience in Banking & Finance at a large or national law firm
Exposure to project finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, property finance or corporate lending transactions
Strong drafting and commercial advisory skills and the ability to work in deal teams
Motivated to learn, mentor others and develop a specialist niche
