Join a national commercial contracts team advising on a mix of day-to-day and large strategic outsourcing and supply-chain arrangements. The role is open to candidates based in Leeds, Manchester or Birmingham and involves working with UK-based and international colleagues across sector-focused teams.

You will draft, negotiate and provide commercial advice on a wide range of contracts, supporting corporate and real estate transactions and contributing to client-facing work across transport, utilities, industrial engineering and similar sectors. The role includes opportunities for cross-office collaboration and participation in structured business development activity.

2–6 years PQE in private practice with solid commercial contracts experience
Strong drafting and technical contract skills; detailed knowledge of different contract types
Commercial awareness and ability to identify when specialist support (e.g. data protection, competition, TUPE) is needed
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills and the ability to manage competing client deadlines
Client‑facing experience and willingness to participate in business development and client relationship-building
At Senior Associate level: experience supervising or coaching junior lawyers and supporting BD initiatives
