Opportunity for a Corporate Senior Associate to join a busy Birmingham corporate team handling a broad range of transactional work. Minimum 5 years' PQE in corporate/transactional work
Proven experience on M&A and private equity matters and handling a broad range of corporate transactions
Track record or clear appetite for managing transactions and supervising junior team members
Commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills and ability to build local business relationships
