Experienced commercial litigation team is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its construction disputes group across Australian offices. The practice handles high‑value, multi‑party construction and infrastructure disputes across domestic and international matters, using litigation and arbitration to achieve client outcomes.

The role involves supporting disputes strategy on major projects, drafting pleadings and trial documents, managing discovery and evidence, coordinating expert and counsel engagements, and guiding clients through regulatory investigations and related commercial issues. You will work closely with senior lawyers and contribute to case strategy while maintaining strong client focus.

Australian qualification and admission
2–6 years post‑qualification experience in construction disputes / commercial litigation
Experience with arbitration and multi‑party construction matters preferred
Familiarity with regulatory investigations (e.g. competition and sector regulators) will be highly regarded
Strong drafting, advocacy support and document management skills; experience coordinating experts and external counsel
Team player with good commercial judgment, resilience and client service focus
