Established corporate team in London is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate to support a growing private M&A and private equity practice. The role is focused on leading transactional workstreams across M&A, private equity and infrastructure matters, with regular client contact and partner support.

This is a full-time, permanent role with hybrid working. The team works on cross-border, multi-jurisdictional transactions and offers opportunities to develop technical skills, take ownership of deals and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualified lawyer with post-qualification transactional experience in private M&A, private equity and/or infrastructure matters
Proven experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents (SPAs, disclosure letters, shareholder/JV and equity documents)
Track record of leading transactions or key workstreams and coordinating multi-disciplinary, multi-jurisdictional teams
Strong commercial judgment, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and attention to detail
Client-facing experience with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to support business development
