Join a leading international financial sponsors practice in London as a Practice Attorney supporting private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across the downstream investment cycle. The role is focused on portfolio company work including management equity plans, governance, cap table maintenance, joiners/leavers, and preparing companies for exits and bolt-ons.

This is a client-facing, non-transaction‑heavy position that sits within a large, market‑leading team. You will work closely with deal teams to share company knowledge, take responsibility for day‑to‑day client requests, and help maintain high standards of service for portfolio companies across the UK, US and Europe.

Qualified solicitor with approximately 1–2 years' post‑qualification experience (or equivalent common law jurisdiction experience)
Experience advising on corporate matters for portfolio companies, including management equity plans, governance and cap‑table maintenance
Strong drafting, technical and analytical skills with excellent written communication
Proactive, client‑service oriented, able to take responsibility in a fast‑paced team and liaise effectively with deal teams
