Experienced corporate lawyer sought for a senior associate role within a busy London corporate team. The role focuses on M&A, private equity and general transactional work for a range of corporate clients across industry sectors.

The post offers hands‑on deal execution, responsibility for managing parts of transactions, and regular client-facing work within a collaborative team. The team advises on buy‑ and sell‑side transactions, fund-related matters and commercial corporate structures.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent UK corporate qualification)
• Proven M&A and private equity transactional experience at senior associate level
• Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills on sizeable corporate deals
• Ability to manage junior staff and work directly with clients
