An established corporate team is seeking a Senior Associate (6+ PQE) to join its Guildford office. The role offers a strong platform for career development, with high visibility both within the firm and in the wider market, meaningful involvement in business development, and full partner support.

The successful candidate will advise on the full range of corporate transactions, with a particular focus on M&A, spin-out and venture capital work, alongside ongoing company law and corporate advisory matters. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting transaction documents and legal advice, managing transactions end to end, and engaging directly with clients and third parties to drive deals to completion.

SRA-qualified with 6+ PQE
Solid private practice background as an Associate or Senior Associate
Experience supervising juniors and running transactions from start to finish
