Pensions Associate (1-3 PQE) — Guildford

A highly regarded specialist pensions practice is seeking a 1–3 PQE Associate to join its collaborative team in Guildford. The team advises trustees, employers, and pension scheme providers on the full range of pensions law, offering pragmatic and commercially focused support.

The role spans advisory, transactional, and regulatory work. You will support partners and senior lawyers on scheme governance, benefit structures, compliance, and pensions issues arising in corporate transactions, working closely with colleagues across corporate, employment, and litigation.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with up to 3 years’ PQE and exposure to pensions law.
