A pensions associate role within a well-regarded specialist pensions team advising trustees, employers and scheme providers on governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and transactional pensions matters. The team works closely with corporate, employment and litigation colleagues to provide integrated support to clients.

The role is for a 1-3 PQE qualified solicitor who will support senior lawyers on advisory, transactional and regulatory work, draft scheme documentation and member communications, and assist with pensions due diligence and pensions-related drafting for corporate transactions.

The team operates a hybrid working policy (minimum 50% remote) and is committed to diversity, inclusion and professional development.

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 1-3 years' PQE and exposure to pensions law
Strong technical knowledge of pensions law, including scheme governance and regulatory compliance
Excellent drafting, research and communication skills and commercial awareness
Organised, proactive team player able to manage competing priorities
