Senior lawyer role within a partnership affairs team advising on governance, partnership arrangements and structural initiatives for a leading global law firm. You will work closely with senior legal and leadership teams to provide legal advice, prepare briefings for governance bodies and support strategic projects.

The role combines high-level legal advisory work with stakeholder engagement, project management and policy development. Typical matters include partner lifecycle issues, constitutional and regulatory questions, cross-border movements and partnership-related strategic initiatives.

Qualified lawyer (ideally with experience from a leading commercial law firm)
Experience working in an international legal or professional services environment
Strong technical legal skills with commercial judgment and excellent drafting abilities
Proven stakeholder engagement and project management skills; comfortable briefing senior leadership
Knowledge/experience of partnership law, regulatory framework for solicitors, or related tax/employment issues advantageous
