Associate / Senior Associate, Corporate (M&A) — Sydney

Top-tier Sydney corporate team seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join their M&A and transactional group. You will work on a range of domestic and cross-border corporate deals, including buy- and sell-side transactions, private equity work and commercial acquisitions.

The role offers significant hands-on deal responsibility, regular client contact and opportunities to lead parts of transactions as you progress. You will join a collaborative team that advises corporates, sponsors and financial institutions across multiple sectors.

• Admitted solicitor in Australia (or eligible for admission)
• Demonstrable corporate / M&A transactional experience at a law firm
• Strong drafting and commercial negotiation skills
• Ability to manage client relationships and work effectively in deal teams
• Excellent academic and communication skills
