Join a high-performing Projects team in Sydney advising on both litigious and non‑litigious construction and infrastructure matters. You will work on contract documentation for major projects, adjudication and other dispute processes, and prosecute or defend formal proceedings arising from construction and infrastructure works.

This is a permanent, full‑time role with hybrid working (around 60% in office). The team offers structured development, coaching and international secondment opportunities through an overseas alliance.

The role involves client engagement, business development activities and contributing to team growth through mentoring and knowledge‑sharing.

Experience with front‑end and/or back‑end construction and infrastructure matters at a reputable law firm.
Experience prosecuting or defending construction claims, adjudications or related dispute processes.
Ability to manage smaller matters and elements of larger matters with a high degree of independence.
Strong team ethic, client relationship skills and willingness to participate in business development and mentoring.
