Exciting opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to join a growing Employment & Incentives team in Sydney. You will work on a mix of contentious and transactional workplace matters, advising on employment contracts, industrial relations, discrimination, regulatory compliance and restructures.

The role involves managing disputes and litigation in courts and tribunals, conducting workplace investigations and audits, leading significant underpayment and compliance reviews, and advising on employment aspects of corporate transactions. You will work closely with senior and junior team members and contribute to business development and mentoring.

  • Australian-qualified lawyer with 5–8 years post-qualification experience in private practice
  • Demonstrated employment law experience across litigation, industrial relations and advisory work
  • Experience with workplace investigations, audits and regulatory/compliance matters
  • Strong communication, organisation and client-facing skills; ability to mentor junior lawyers
  • Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for business development
