- Qualified to practise in Australia with unrestricted practising rights
- Minimum 4 years' post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure to top-tier law firms, in-house legal teams or leading corporates
- Solid experience advising on general employment law; exposure to employment disputes/litigation is advantageous
- Self-starter comfortable working autonomously and in multi-functional, multi-national project teams
- Strong client service orientation, commercial awareness, communication and interpersonal skills
