8-month, full-time (hybrid) role based in the Illawarra/Sydney region to join a flexible legal resourcing team embedded in a major international law firm's advisory division. The role sits inside a health-sector client engagement and offers hands-on employment and HR work.

You will advise on complex employment matters, staff complaints and discrimination issues, provide practical HR-focused legal guidance, and work directly with senior leadership and executive stakeholders. The role requires someone able to work autonomously, hit the ground running and manage competing priorities.

Minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience in employment / commercial law
Proven experience handling complex employment disputes, complaints and discrimination matters
Strong commercial judgment, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable advising senior leadership
Current practising certificate and right to live and work in Australia
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
